Last fall, Perlick partnered with Modenus in hosting a KBIS 2016 design competition. What was the design competition? There were four spaces to choose from, and the requirement was to design that space using their products. The spaces were designated as a kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, entertaining, and wildcard. Perlick chose four finalists to showcase the designs at their KBIS 2016 booth. Not only will their designs be featured at KBIS, but they have the opportunity to win $3000.00 in Perlick products! Below is my Perlick KBIS 2016 competition design:
My design concept: Young female professional living in the city, with limited space, who often works from home. She also hosts parties for friends, and needs a designated bar. With this chic & functional bar/ workspace, she is able to do both. High-gloss painted navy custom cabinets with marble countertops & brushed brass hardware reflect her personality and style. Accents of classic blue & white Chinoiserie pieces are a nod to timeless traditional design.

While I will not see this design come to fruition at KBIS, I want to thank Perlick for the opportunity to be creative and design a space using their appliances. This was such a fun design competition. Have a wonderful KBIS show!
