Outdoor Living with Brown Jordan

Outdoor living is a major part of our lifestyles; it is just as important as the indoor spaces.  No longer is outdoor living a separate entity from our indoor spaces.  Today, we extend the home outward so you can entertain family and friends.  We have outdoor living rooms, outdoor dining rooms, and outdoor kitchens, that doesn’t include the pool areas, for those who have pools.  One very important decision and selection is the outdoor furniture.  A company that I have used and specified for clients, while working in Houston, Texas, was Brown Jordan.  They are an outdoor furniture company that has beautiful pieces, ranging from traditional to contemporary.

Brown Jordan was created by Robert Brown and Hubert Jordan, and has been in business since 1945.  They were the first company to provide furniture for full-time outdoor use.  Having been in business for over 70 years, they have become an industry leader in innovation and design integrity.  Today they have over 30 collections ranging in styles and materials.  As I mentioned above, I have specified their furniture, and absolutely love this furniture line.  The clients who purchased Brown Jordan from us, were very pleased with the product and quality.   Not only do they provide furniture, but also fireplaces, umbrellas, outdoor kitchens, and furniture covers.

Yes, the summer is coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t using our outdoor spaces!  In South Carolina, we can use our outdoor spaces for several more months.  It’s actually the perfect time to entertain outdoors, because the heat and humidity should be decreasing.    They offer pieces for dining, seating, kitchens and pool areas.  Their aluminum furniture pieces are powder coated and anodized, with many different finishes.  The wicker furniture is an ‘all-weather wicker’ which is made of resin to withstand the elements and the paint will not peel or flake.  Lastly, their wood furniture pieces are made of teak or mahogany–these are the most popular to select from and have high-resistance and most stable.  Take a look at Brown Jordan furniture and consider their products for your entertaining and living spaces.

We cannot forget about our four-legged family members!  They need an outdoor dog bed!
